Better-for-You Tip:  Rumor has it that when Santa’s red velvet suit gets snug, Mrs. Claus switches from traditional cheesecake to these fun-to-eat cheesecake shooters. Each one is perfectly portioned and has less than 75% of the calories and fat of a traditional piece of cheesecake. And since this recipe makes a bunch, it’s nice to know they freeze well. When you get the hankering for something special, just let them thaw for 30 minutes and dig in. (Well, that’s what we hear Santa does.)
