Fire Roasted Jambalaya Recipe

  1. Slice onion, bell pepper
  2. Chop celery
  3. Roast sausage, onion, pepper over fire or burner
  4. After done roasting, slice/chop
  5. Place pan over fire/burner. MED HEAT
  6. Add oil to skillet
  7. Add all veggies and sausage
  8. Cook 5 min. Stir
  9. Add rice, water. Stir
  10. Cover with lid/foil
  11. Boil
  12. TURN OFF BURNER. Let sit 10 min
  13. Fluff EAT & PACK IT OUT
