  1. Turn burner on high heat.
  2. Add oil, rice, chicken, vegetables and stir.
  3. Cook 5-7 minutes until crispy, stirring frequently.
  4. Add soy sauce, fried rice seasoning, eggs, ginger chews.
  5. Stir and cook 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fried onions.
