Stella Rosa® Black Semi-Sweet Red Wine is a proprietary blend of several red grape varietals, including Brachetto. The grapes are harvested, pressed, and centrifuged, then held cold as juice at 28°F to preserve their freshness and delicacy. The Riboli family employs a specialized fermentation process, allowing the wine to develop fresh, vibrant flavors of blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry while maintaining its natural carbonation. As fermentation progresses, the alcohol develops alongside the wine’s effervescence. Once the desired sweetness is achieved, the wine is centrifuged and bottled to lock in its balanced character. With natural acidity and a low pH, Stella Rosa® Black strikes the perfect balance between sweetness and freshness—never cloying or heavy.
