Green Beans with Crunchy Ramen Topping

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat. 
  2. Crumble ramen noodles into oil, and add walnuts and red pepper flakes. Stir frequently until noodles begin to turn golden brown, about 5 minutes. 
  3. Add salt, stir, and remove from heat. Drain mixture on paper towels. 
  4. Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to pan, turning heat to medium. Add green beans to pan and cook until desired texture. 
  5. Pour green beans into a serving bowl, add noodle mixture and Italian dressing; toss and serve.
