Better-For-You Tip: Did you know that baked potato chips, like we’re using in our coating, have less fat and calories than traditional deep fried potato chips, which is good news for us? By coating these with cooking spray, before baking them, we’ll get the crispy crunchy texture we love, without all the guilt. And when you serve this with Clover Valley™ canned mixed vegetables, you’ll have a colorful and Better-for-You meal in about 30 minutes.
