Better-for-You Tip: At this year’s holiday dinner, it’s time to swap out your marshmallow-topped ooey-gooey sweet potato casserole recipe with one that promises to get you rave reviews. The best part is we cut back on more than 50% of the added sugar compared to the traditional version many of us serve every year by using less brown sugar and leaving off the sugar-laden marshmallows, yet we don’t skimp on the flavor. Let us assure you, since it’s satisfying and a bit lighter, this is the perfect go-along that leaves you more room to fill up on the protein-packed turkey and all those better-for-you veggies.
