By subscribing to DG Mobile Alerts subscription service, users are affirming that:

They are 18 years of age or older. They are authorized to agree to receive mobile contacts on this phone number and are responsible for any mobile message or data charges incurred.
They understand and agree that the text messages may be sent to their mobile phones/devices using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated means.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.

DG Mobile On Demand service offers alert(s) delivered to your mobile phone by SMS text messaging. The service will provide information regarding the promotion or offer indicated in the keyword you supplied. You will receive one text message per query.
