Step 1:
- Paint wood letters with gold paint. Let dry.
Step 2:
- Apply Tacky Glue to bottom of wood letters. To create a faded look, apply less glue halfway up the wooden letter, stopping near in the middle. Pour gold glitter on glued bottom and tilt the letter to allow the glitter to fall on the lightly glued area.
Step 3:
- Print and trace flag template on black felt and cut out six flags. Embellish edges of the flags with glitter tape.
Step 4:
- Hot glue the letters onto the felt flags.
Step 5:
- Hot glue the gold ribbon onto the backs of the flags. Leave a 0.5” gap between each flag on the ribbon.
