    Cranberry Oatmeal Bars

    Ingredients
    • 2 cups Clover Valley® Quick Oats
    • 2 cups Clover Valley® All-Purpose Flour
    • 1 cup Clover Valley® Brown Sugar
    • 1 tsp. Clover Valley® Baking Powder
    • 1/2 tsp. Clover Valley® Salt
    • 1/2 tsp. Clover Valley® Baking Soda
    • 1 cup Clover Valley® Butter, cold
    • 1 can Clover Valley® Cranberry Sauce
    1. Mix together 2 cups quick oats, 2 cups flour, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. baking soda.
    2. Add 1 cup cold butter.
    3. Knead the mixture into small crumbles.
    4. Press 3/4 mixture into a lined cake pan.
    5. Spread 1 can of softened cranberry sauce on top of the mixture.
    6. Add remaining oat mixture.
    7. Bake at 350° for 25-28 mins.
    8. Cut into bars.
