    3 Steps to Joint Pain Relief

      • Rest the joint, and keep your weight off of it
      • Ice, not heat, the joint to ease immediate swelling and reduce inflammation
      • Compress the joint, wear an elasticized sport bandage
      • Elevate it, raise any joint pain above your heart, especially when sleeping
