DG Test Kitchen Tip: At this year’s holiday dinner, it’s time to swap out your marshmallow-topped ooey-gooey sweet potato casserole recipe with one that promises to get you rave reviews. No worries, it’s still packed with all the taste, and since we cut it into squares it almost feels like you’re easting dessert with dinner. The best part is it has less than 1/3 the carbs of the traditional classic and when it comes to calories, we trimmed those too, which leaves you more room to fill up on the turkey and the veggie-packed side dishes.
