Better-for-you-tip: To make these look extra fancy, we simply piped the filling into each egg white by using a pastry bag. (Yes, most Dollar General Stores carry them.) Don’t have one? No problem. Instead, fill a resealable plastic bag with the yolk mixture, snip off one corner of the bag and pipe away. Either way, it’s as easy as can be.
Since this has less than half the amount of mayonnaise that would be added to traditional deviled eggs, these are definitely Better-for-You!
