Bursting with juicy fruit and creamy oats, this make-ahead breakfast is delicious and easy to make. A hearty mix of plant-based milk and Clover Valley® Quick Oats will help keep you full until lunch. Top with pineapple and other fruits, or consider nuts, seeds, or toasted coconut flakes.

Step 1: In a small bowl, stir together Clover Valley® unsweetened applesauce, Clover Valley® ground cinnamon, and strawberries. In another small bowl stir together Good & Smart smooth almond butter and Clover Valley® honey

Step 2: To assemble, divide half the applesauce mixture between the bottom of 2 medium jars, then add ½ cup of Clover Valley® Quick Oats to each, and pour ½ cup of milk into each. Divide almond butter mixture evenly between jars and finish by topping both with the remaining applesauce mixture. Seal tightly and refrigerate overnight. 

Step 3: Serve each jar topped with pineapple.
