    Corned Beef Hash Breakfast Burrito

    Ingredients
    • 12 eggs
    • 2 cans HORMEL® MARY KITCHEN® Corned Beef Hash
    • 12 CHI-CHI’S® 10" flour tortillas
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 cups shredded cheese
    • 2 cups CHI-CHI’S® salsa
    • 2 green bell peppers, sliced
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • Sour cream, as desired
    • HORMEL® Real Bacon Pieces
    1. Heat griddle over medium heat.
    2. Scramble eggs in cast iron skillet.
    3. Push eggs to one side of skillet and add hash until hot.
    4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    5. To heat tortillas, wrap in tinfoil and let sit on griddle 1 minute or until warm.
    6. Spoon heated eggs and hash mixture. Top with cheese, salsa, peppers, onions, sour cream and bacon pieces, if desired.
