In a large microwavable bowl, add cereal and set aside.
In a small microwavable bowl, add brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Microwave for 1 minute, stir until smooth, and then heat for another minute. Immediately stir in baking soda until it has completely dissolved.
Pour caramel mixture over cereal in the large bowl and mix until cereal is evenly coated. Place back in the microwave and heat for 1 minute. Remove bowl and gently stir cereal once again. Reheat for another minute, remove from microwave and stir once more.
Spread the cereal mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 5-8 minutes. Once mix is removed from the oven, immediately sprinkle with toasted coconut, and then set aside.
In a small dish, add caramel pieces and milk, heat in the microwave for 1 minute, stir, and then heat for another 30 seconds to a minute, until caramel is completely melted and smooth.
Use a spoon to drizzle caramel mixture over snack mix, and then toss the snack mix so that the coconut sticks to the cereal. Top with chopped SNICKERS®.
In a small microwavable bowl, heat the dark melting chocolate for 1 minute, stir, and then heat for another 30 seconds or until chocolate is completely smooth.
Use a spoon to drizzle chocolate over the snack mix, and then toss gently to make sure SNICKERS® and coconut are stuck to the cereal. Set aside and let cool for 5-10 minutes, then break into pieces and serve.
