    What You'll Need:

    • Baked with Love Classic Cookie Cutters
    • Baked with Love Pastel Food Coloring

    • White/Cream frosting
    • Sugar Cookie mix

    Let's Do This!

     

    Step 1:

    1. To create frosting colors, mix white/cream frosting with pink food coloring.

     

    Step 2:


    Cookie 1: Simple Swirling Heart Design
    1. Mix petal pink coloring with white frosting. Evenly apply it to front of cookie with spatula.
    2. Add more food coloring to create deeper pink. Using a piping bag and the “classic round” tip, trace the edges of the cookie. Finish with a swirl.
    3. Add a dash of pink sprinkles to your cookie.
    4. If desired, accent ends of the swirl with white pearl decorating sprinkles.

     

    Step 3:


    Cookie 2: Sweet Stripes
    1. Evenly apply white frosting with spatula to cookie.
    2. Add more food coloring to create deeper pink. Using a piping bag and the “classic round” tip, trace the edges of the cookie.
    3. Criss cross stripes of frosting by dragging the piping bag across the cookie to the edge.
    4. If desired, add white and gold pearl sprinkles where the stripes cross.

     

    Step 4:


    Cookie 3: Ombre Swirling Design
    1. Evenly apply white frosting with spatula to cookie.
    2. Dollop some pink frosting near the top of the cookie. With the back of a spoon or spatula, swirl the pink frosting into the white.
    3. As you swirl, pull less pink frosting to the bottom of the cookie, creating a gradient.
    4. Use the “open star” piping tip to create the white lace effect around the edges of your cookie.
