The program is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. Just tell us how often you want your products and we'll take it from there. With each recurring order, you save 5% off the regular retail price.
You always have complete control over your DG AutoDeliver orders, and we send an email reminder ten days before each order ships. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date or quantity anytime by visiting 'Manage Subscriptions' located within the account section of dollargeneral.com. Changes to orders can be made anytime within 24 hours of the next scheduled shipment date, and you can cancel at any time.
DG AUTODELIVER FAQ PAGE:
Making a DG AutoDeliver account is easy; it can be done while browsing on the product page or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. To join, simply select the DG AutoDeliver option for your desired products, select your preferred shipment frequency, then check out as normal.
After you create a DG AutoDeliver account, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access 'My AutoDeliver' where you can manage your future orders and DG AutoDeliver account information.
We will place your DG AutoDeliver orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. Prior to each DG AutoDeliver order, we will send you an email reminder. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your DG AutoDeliver account, such as if your product is discontinued, if you cancel your subscription, or confirmation when an order places successfully.
Once you've joined, a DG AutoDeliver is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency or cancel a subscription by visiting 'Manage Subscriptions' located in 'My Account' section of dollargeneral.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
If a DG AutoDeliver order contains multiple items and you would only like to change the order date of a single item, please visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab and identify the individual item you would like to modify. Please click the next order date for the individual item and select your desired next order date from the pop-up calendar.
To skip a DG AutoDeliver order, please visit the 'My Next Order' tab under 'Manage Subscriptions' and click the "Skip" link near the next order date to skip the entire order.
To modify the delivery frequency for a DG AutoDeliver item, please visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab. On this tab, the current delivery frequency is displayed next to each DG AutoDeliver item in a drop down menu. To change the delivery frequency for an individual subscription item, simply click the arrow of the frequency drop down next to the DG AutoDeliver item you would like to modify, and select your next desired frequency from the pull down menu.

To review or modify your DG AutoDeliver account information, please visit 'My DG AutoDeliver' located in the My Account section of dollargeneral.com. You can change your shipping address information for an individual order or at the subscription item level, which will affect all future orders. You can also change the email reminder timing or the delivery frequency.

The 'My Next Order' tab shows the details for your next scheduled order. An order may contain more than one individual item scheduled for DG AutoDeliver if the items have the same order date and shipping address, billing address, and payment information.
The 'My Subscriptions' tab displays individual DG AutoDeliver items and all associated details for that individual subscription including next order date, delivery frequency, quantity and shipping address information. Individual DG AutoDeliver items can all have different account information or you can make the account information the same for all DG AutoDeliver items you receive.
EMAILS ABOUT YOUR DG AutoDeliver ORDER
There are 11 emails associated with the DG AutoDeliver Program. The list includes:

|3. Order Not Placed-Credit Card Issue||Sent to subscribers if a 'Rejected' order occurs.|
|4. Order Reminder||Sent to subscribers 10 days before the next scheduled order delivery. The order reminder timing can be customized per subscription.|
|5. Credit Card Expiration||Sent to subscribers with expired default credit cards on the 1st and the 15th of every month if the next order is in the following month.|
|6. Credit Card Expired||Sent to subscriber if Dollar General attempts to place an order but identifies CC expiration date is in the past.|
|7. Item Discontinued||All subscribers with a subscription for the previously available/now discontinued item receive this email communication.|
|8. Order Retry ? Out of Stock||Sent to subscribers the 1st and 15th day(s) Dollar General attempts to place an order for an out of stock item.|
|9. Order Failure ? Out of Stock||Sent to subscribers the 30TH day that Dollar General attempts to place an order for an out of stock item. If the item is still out of stock 30 days after the initial order attempt, the order is cancelled and the original delivery schedule is maintained.|
|10. Subscription Cancelled||Sent to subscribers immediately if the customer cancels a subscription.|
|11. Subscription Reactivated||Sent to subscribers immediately if the customer reactivates a subscription.|
